Q: What types of boxes do you offer?

A: We sell BaBoxes for Boys, Girls and Neutral (for those who are expecting a surprise). Boxes come in small, medium and large.

Q: Can we select what goes in the box?

A: BaBoxes are carefully curated by our staff. Products depend on availability and season as we try to introduce new items.

Q: What happens if multiple BaBox gifts are selected for one recipient?

A: We will automatically vary the contents of the gifts so the recipient does not receive duplicate items.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Yes. You can take advantage of free ground shipping in the domestic US when you purchase a large box and/or spend over $44. This excludes Hawaii, Alaska and US Territories.

Q: Do you ship international?

A: Yes. At checkout, we offer a variety of shipping options worldwide including First Class, Priority Mail and Priority Express. Rates are calculated in real time by USPS. Note: Some options may not be available depending where it is being shipped.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A: Most orders are fulfilled within 1 business day. For domestic orders, you can expect your BaBox to arrive within 2-5 business days with ground shipping via USPS. International shipment times vary depending on country. Estimated delivery dates will be listed next to each shipping option at checkout.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: BaBox purchases are nonrefundable and are ineligible for returns. Original order costs are nonrefundable.

Q: Can I ship to a PO Box?

A: Packages can only be sent to a PO Box located at a Post Office. We cannot ship PO Boxes owned by private companies or other carriers (UPS, FedEx).

Q: How do I track my order?

A: Once we have fulfilled the order in our system, a tracking number will be emailed to the address you provided during checkout.
